The apparatus comprises a metal stand supporting the stainless steel cone having inside dimensions of 150 mm inside upper dia. x 280 mm height. 
Lss Germany used for determining the flow properties of mortars, grouts, muds and many other type of fluid materials. 

The UTCM- 0280 Automatic Blaine Air Permeability Apparatus perform the test for determining the fineness of cements, limes and similar powders expressed in terms of their specific surface according to the above testing standards. The fineness of cement can be automatically measured as specific surface by observing the time taken for a fixed quantity of air to flow through a compacted cement bed of specified dimensions and porosity.

There are two models of the Cement Flow Table according to ASTM and EN standard. Both are used for determining the consistency of mortar, lime and cement specimens. Also  manual and motorized models are available.
